In your escalation policy, you can choose to receive e-mail alert by selecting the e-mail option and the member who should receive it.
Emails are sent via one of our multiple emails - email@example.com, firstname.lastname@example.org. To make sure you always get the emails in your inbox, please download our vCard and add us as a contact in your email provider.
