An ICS (iCalendar) file is a standard format used to store and share calendar events. It allows you to import your on-call shifts into your preferred calendar application, ensuring you never miss a shift.
To export your on-call schedule:
Go to your on-call schedule settings OR calendar view of on-calls
Click on Export Calendar
Download the ICS file or sync with Webcal
Follow the official instructions to import your on-call schedule into your preferred calendar:
For Google Calendar, Webcal provides the best experience. If you are logged into your Google account, clicking the Webcal link will open your calendar and sync your schedule instantly.
Personalized Schedule – The exported file only contains your on-call shifts, not those of other team members.
12-Month Window – The exported calendar includes on-call shifts for the next 12 months.
